Trying to find a fun way to keep Harley engaged in our trip I thought "Hey how about a photo scavenger hunt"....do you have any ideas?....what should he shoot? Funny, strange, normal, gross...you name it he will be on the quest:) Then I will post um on our blog...so here are a few from yesterday and thankfully they include a better one of me than yesterday

Wow oh WOW this week has zoooomed by....Helping with my sisters bible school reminded me the the peeps that live in the hot desert are as warm hearted as the weather is....so many people have told Harley how much they have been praying for him...and how kind they have been to accept him as one of their own...My boy has done pretty well in the heat and yesterday we got in the pool and stayed until the sun had slipped far away and the full moon lit up the mountains....this place has a magical quality to it when the sun sets....desert nights are a wonderful treat....so here is the deal Harley has snapped ALL of the pics you have seen on the blog , YES even the fist title shot with the orange camera....my boy is our photojournalist this trip so please please let him know that if you like any of his shots it keeps him motivated...and well , less cranky about having to wander through the heat.....

Morning comes early in the desert....5 am calls to me from deep in my sleep.... this morning I crept from my cozy nest, made coffee and I sat in wonder as the Estrella mountains behind my sisters house warmed with the most incredible colors....black to pink then orange then the most lovely purple... In awe struck wonder I sat watching this show that God created for us to enjoy....  I prayed that my life would reflect the awesome creator of this earth....this journey I call life is sorely lacking the time to watch the sunrise... all to soon the hustle and bustle of our first day of bible school over took all those pinks and purples from my vision.... They were quickly changed to visions of  My adorable neices leading the opening time of Pandamania bible school, My sister working so hard to pull all the pieces together ,Harley following in the Claypool footsteps as he joind in to work the pupets, and 380 children in panda ears singing and dancing about how much God loves them.... This morning God put a song in my heart and this afternoon it is still playing ....

Hello Friends,
  We left Vista as the rain fell, sweatshirts on Harley bundled in a warm blanket, Gammie chatting and shivering and me , well I was just plain thrilled to get on the road again....cuz really that new car in the driveway needs some miles on those tires....One month ago all we could think about was physical , speech and occupational therapies... and the call came..... would I be willing to do the flowers for a wedding in Alabama...YES we would be happy to...so here we go leaving on Saturday... We got to Phoenix in time to help my sisters church with Vacation Bible school.. Harley's big job is to do the puppets during song time....He is loving it....I will keep ya posted on our path and our trek......
